Fire watch services are required any time hot work such as welding and cutting is performed, or when a facility's fire notification and suppression systems are offline or compromised. Our fire watch officers are trained to:
- Perform Site Audits & Evaluate Potential Sources of Ignition, Unacceptable Storage & Handling of Materials, & Possible Release Points of Flammable Vapors & Liquids
- Monitor Site & Maintain Conditions & Requirements per Site Safety Permit
- Follow Fire Procedure Protocols
- Contact Emergency Services & Emergency Contacts
- Work to Extinguish Fire (If Safe to Do So)
- Coordinate with Emergency Services & Management to Ensure Fire is Contained & Site is Safe for Return
